My experience with Kitchen And Bath Classics is that they have a beautiful showroom with helpful staff.They have been in business for years and I have noted them to constantly be striving to stay active in supplying all the most beautiful things in plumbing. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Helen and Jevons were very helpful and knowledgeable when choosing plumbing fixtures. Their prices are great, but I really appreciate their amazing product knowledge.
The only thing that would make them better is if they carried a few more plumbing lines, like Kohler, Cifial or Hansgrohe. Currently they carry lines like American Standard, Jado, Toto and Grohe.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff from this store. I had a sink that I purchased from them and when i reported an issue with it, they did everything in their power to replace it for me at no extra cost. The experience was pleasant and hassle free. I recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with people who KNOW what customer service is!
