Jermark Plumbing & Mechanical Services Ltd

Jermark Plumbing came to fix a frozen pipe in my home. They were referred to me by a friend of mine. They were effiecient, timely and left the place clean. I would use them again.

I call the Jermark about a leak under my kitchen cabinet, I got the # from Brookfield management of my building. the plumber showed up first thing in the morning as arranged and found the leak to be coming from my kitchen faucet. he showed me the exact spot and it was inside the faucet which is 20 plus years old. he told me its probably best to replace the faucet due to the age of it. he installed a Moen tap which is great. he also pointed out that the drain pipes for the sinks was rusted badly and he recommended that I replace while he was there to prevent a second service call. at first I thought it was a snow job, so I asked him if he can show me for sure that its rusted. he said if I push my finger through the brass pipe would that be good proof and I agreed. low and behold he put his finger through it with little pressure. it took him about a extra 40 minutes and the drain pipe was replaced. the workmanship was great he cleaned up perfect and was very polite. I wish all trades were like this. I would highly recommened Jermark any time.

Horrible! I have had an awful experience with Jermark Plumbing & Mechanical Services Ltd. When my kitchen sink became clogged, our management office, Del Property Management, recommended Jermark. Therefore, I presumed Jermark would be reliable. In his first visit, the plumber claimed that defective parts caused the problem and that they needed to be replaced. He was several hours late for the follow-up visit, and when he did appear, offered no apologies. This was especially aggravating since I had to take a full day off from work – not a half day as I had planned – to accommodate what should have been a morning call. After the part replacement job was completed, the sink remained clogged. What is unbelievable is that he was ready to leave without making sure that the water was now running freely! According to what he told me, grease was to blame! Finally, the plumber left without leaving the defective parts. Later when I was cleaning up, I noticed that a new U-pipe – installed by my friend in an earlier attempt to fix my problem before I called in Jermark – had been replaced, leaving only the new slip nuts. The cost of Jermark’s parts and two visits: $610.00. I can only conclude – in the absence of any reasonable explanation for the original clogging problem – that the plumber was not honest. Also, I doubt if I really needed to have the parts replaced. Given their total disregard for customer service and satisfaction, I will never call Jermark Plumbing & Mechanical Services Ltd. again, nor would I recommend them.

Terrible! We had actually dealt with Jermark indirectly last year when our condo property management company arranged to have them fix a leaky faucet in our unit. The plumber who helped us was very professional so we decided to contact them directly for another issue with our faucet. When I called, the office person on the phone was unbelievably rude and her tone was so off-putting that it just seemed she didn't want our business. We decided to go elsewhere. I would never contact them again.

Excellent high rise plumbing and drain service firm that I have had the pleasure of working with for ten plus years. Competent. Reliable. Not the cheapest, but surely competitive and one of the very, very best. You get what you pay for as a Condominium Property Manager and client Boards know and appreciate this fact.

Unfortunately, they could not give me an estimate over the phone, but I figured how expensive could hooking up 3 sinks be? They had to connect the hot & cold to the tap with flex hoses, and install the trap in the drain. Cost me $650 and lots of headaches! It took them 2 visits because they were several hours late each time! I would not use them again or recommend them.
