Over the years Jeff Roberts & Associates has done a number of major rennovations and home improvments for me including new kitchen, back deck, sun room and granny suite. I was completely satisfied with each project (the repeat business says a lot!). Probably the best feature of the company is its reliability - everything from initial planning and estimates to the final product was finished without any surprises and with very high quality and workmanship. I was also impressed with the quality people that the company uses. Highly recommended.

As first time home-owners we were excited about doing some renovations, but skeptical of contractors. Jeffrey turned out better than we had expected. While we were away on vacation he removed a supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room, re-routed the vent in the wall, put in new flooring, and did some electrical repairs. He emailed us with his progress and even sent us photos. When we came back we were "wowed" with the work he had done. Not only is he professional, informative, and detail-oriented, but he is also passionate about his work and cares for his clients. We will definitely be calling him again soon to do more home renovations.

Jeff Roberts and his team worked with us for 7 months, day in day out, transforming an uncared-for building into a warm and inviting meditation centre. He worked fast and efficiently, keeping to a pressured deadline. He was always professional and respectful. He listened to our needs and carried them out for us. We couldn't have been happier with his work, and we will always use him again for other renovations we need.

This was a major kitchen rennovation project, which included installation of new custom cabinets, gas fireplace and mantle, custom bookshelves and storage/desk area, new porcelain flooring, relocation of windows and garden doors, alterations to our existing deck, exterior brickwork to outside of kitchen area, granite countertops and peninsula, and installation of new, high end appliances. What made this project especially complicated was the structural changes associated with the removal of a main support wall. Communication during planning and construction phase was excellent. JRA provided insight during design phase, pointing out positive and negative consequences of our ideas. We could not be more happy with the end result and have had nothing but favourable comments from all who visit our home. Quality was excellent. JRA is a truly professional organization and we would not hesitate to recommend them if your are contemplating a similar rennovation project.

We had new casings and base boards installed. The crew was right on time. I have not seen any one more professional, curtius and punctual. These guys kept the area clean and organized at all times. When they were done end of the day, we did not have to pick up anything as they vacuumed the work area. I know that next time we need any home renovations, we will be calling Jeff. All the work was completed as promised and more. I will recomend J. Roberts and associates to all my freinds.

This basement makeover exceeded our expectations. Jeff and his guys always showed up on time. We appreciated the regular communication we had with with them every day during the reno. Their attention to detail and made us feel confident that the job was being done well without cutting corners. Jeff helped us make color and design decisions - with beautiful results. All in all, this reno was an extremely positive experience.

From the meeting to discuss what I wanted to the completion of the work, I was impressed with Jeff's observations, ideas, and corroboration that my ideas were feasible. He suggested things I hadn't even noticed, or thought of, that made an amazing difference to the overall look and use of the cupboards and work that was done. All of the people who work for, and with Jeff, have the same ethic of great work, the best work, and excellence. There was not a time, at the end of the day, that I had to clean up. It was done! (Prior to working at my house, Jeff and Associates had done an excellent renovating job for my daughter....a very large job! He became like family and was a welcome part of their daily routine.)
The cost was discussed thoroughly before we began anything and there were no surprises at the completion of my project. The work was worth every cent!!! I love all of the work that was done...from the built in audio/visual cabinet to the dining/kitchen area section that was added. Jeff reworked my stairs to the 2nd level and made them look like they were all wood with a wooden riser and carpet on the top...an excellent look! The hardwoods have been a bonus to my home. Too bad for me, that I didn't have Jeff Roberts and Associates do the first hardwoods! I recommend his work without any exception...the best!!! C. L.

Jeff has done 3 major jobs for us (so far!). He spends a lot of time in the planning stages to get your expectations and budget restrictions clear. He sets deadlines to order materials,etc, to stay on time. His crew shows up on time, is unfailingly polite and clean up every day. The quality of his work, both the hidden structural work and the finish details, is outstanding. Mike Holmes would love Jeff for his honesty, integrity and work ethic. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Jeff and his team were a pleasure to work with. They made our kitchen renovation easy from start to finish. The work started and ended according to schedule, Jeff and his team arrived early each day and put in long hours, and attention to detail was evident throughout the project. We appreciated Jeff's insights into design and function, his ability to advise and assist us to ensure we stayed within budget, and his respect for our family and our living space.

J Roberts and Associates were excellent to work with - personable, considerate, capable, trustworthy, accomplished and they took pride in their work. Their comprehensive understanding of work permits, overall construction, latest in improvements and relationships with suppliers was excellent. I would definately ( and have!) recommend them.
