Dear Debra,
I am very troubled by the fact that we were not able to end our conversation yesterday on a positive note.
My daily mission is to make life long customers and to ensure they always feel they were dealt with in a prompt, fair and professional manner.
My father and I have worked very hard to build our reputation and take great pride in the relationships we have built along the way.
I understand that costs associated with home heating and cooling maintenance are always an unpleasant surprise. In every instance, we try hard to save our customers wherever possible.
I am disturbed by your insinuation during our conversation earlier that we damaged your equipment to make a profit. I can ensure you that was not the case.
We simply diagnosed the problem, informed you of the associated costs while onsite (which you accepted) and rectified your system troubles.
We pride ourselves on conducting honest ethical work.
I am sorry that we were not able to see eye to eye in the end. I stand behind our services and the way we conducted ourselves.
