Great customer service and HONEST!!
Neil Kelly was the person we spoke to and he tried to trouble shoot with me over the phone first - which was greatly apprecited becuase he was the first one to attempt this to save us money on a service call. This didn't end up working so a technican came out at 8pm at night and we discovered the unit had to be replaced. I found them honest, reliable and reasonably priced for the customer service i recieved. I will never use another company again!
