Unprofessional plumbing company - greedy and incompetent and ill prepared. Office staff are confused with many calls coming in with incorrect billing, scheduling and full of sales hot talk with no substance. Do not use them - give the money to your uncle joe to do the job for 1/10 less their costs. Workmanship is poor - poor welds and seals. Fancy glossy marketing material mean nothing.

They did not come prepared and ill-competent. Charging $190/hr is ridiculous.

Repair was satisfactory but cost was extremely high. Did not have the required part and had to go get one. Now have the nerve to send me a coupon for $75 off for someone I refer (Friends and Family offer). However this coupon "Excludes dispatch and service fees" so I am not sure what it really covers.
Will not call them again.

This company put an up to date water softener in my house which was required because out kitchen would not drain. It was a long process but we eventually got it (a few bucks later). I found out about this company when I was at a seniors gathering and saw the company name.

This company has more than just plumbing for me. They have also done inspections in my home. I have been satisfied with the work they have done for me and I would recommend them to others.

This company put in a water softener. They did a great job with the installation. The only problem was there needed to get the adjustments. I found out about this company because I believe they were a dealer for the type of water softener we wanted. We found out all other information about the company online.

The experience was very positive. The quote was accurate and the service people were both polite and professional. I was totally satisfied with the work they've done. They did plumbing and heating as they repaired pipes and fixed my heating. The prices were fair and they did exactly what was needed.

They did some work for me but were not able to finish the project completely so they gave me a guarantee that they were going to come back. When they did come back they sent another person who didn’t understand what was going on. So that person went back to get the person who originally did the job. No one ended up ever coming back and I believe the reason they gave me the guarantee was probably because it was going to end up costing them money. Despite the problems I encountered, the first guy who came did a very good job as he new exactly what he was doing. However, when they found out it was going to cost them $700 they decided to just give up.

I was very disappointed.
