When I started looking for Napoleon BBQ providers in the area, I found International Pool and Spa Centre. I have passed this place numerous times on Taunton but it really never stood out.
Upon entering the store I found everyone helpful and resourceful. Staff gently reminded patrons to use the hand sanitizer station, and arrows on the floor provided guideace to keep safe distances.
I had researched a particular BBQ and was able to have my additional questions answered, if not by one person, then another. I ended up purchasing a floor model, which, when I got it home, had some minor issues. When I called Brent Allan, the store manager, he immediately called his Napoleon representative and got me the parts I needed within a day or two.
I can't speak for other people but I have nothing but praise for the staff and customer service I received. There must be a reason they have been there as long as they have.
In this day and age, their friendly conversation, respect, professionalism, and great customer service is unfortunately a rarity but much appreciated. Glad to have you around the corner and in my neighbourhood.
