Interlock Metal Roofing - ON

We invested in an Interlock metal roof after being extremely disappointed with the asphalt shingles we put on 11 years prior. Supposedly a 30 year shingle already deteriorated beyond repair. We decided on Interlock based on what we saw in the area and in speaking with a very satisfied customer here and seeing a roof that was 18 years old and still looked fantastic. We are more than satisfied knowing we never need to go through re-roofing again and will actually save money in the long run. Aluminum is the way to go. J & M Veaudry

I am so happy with my Interlock Roof!! The finished product looks absolutely beautiful on my house and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process.

I put in a clam (March 2017) directly to head office about my peeling roof. I received a letter (July 2017) back that stated they would have the contractor contact me to set up an appointment to replace my roof. We have not been contacted and have not gotten any calls back.

We finally were contacted. They said the claim was lost, but they stood by their word and replaced our entire roof under warranty. The installers did a great job.

Had an estimate done, which was done on my time and very quickly! They were very kind and helpful with any questions I had. The guy was great with people; obviously meant for that job. I would definitely choose them again if I need any renos done. Amazing!

Never use again. Absolutely horrible. Waited 8 weeks to start, when 2 guys showed up , they did not know that they need to get rid of old roof. I was away for 2 days on business, came home and see huge water leak thru light pot. Could be worse , sure if electricity be damaged. I don't have any choice now as to continue, but highly recommend not to use this company ever

From the time we put a deposit till the work began it tool 5 months then the worker (only 1) showed up periodically 1-4 times a week never tied off cut himself so bad we refused to let him back on the roof until he went to the hospital, when no one showed up for 2 weeks after and we inquired the company had no idea what had happened. They put so few ice breakers on the fallowing winter we had $20000 in damage and had to add another $2500 in ice breakers. Now when we want to do another area they wont honour the contract that states they would match the price only 4 years later.

Roof was installed ahead of schedule. Workers were neat, courteous and professional. Office staff did not return my initial phone call until I called a second time one week later.

the new interlock roof looks so great even the rain drops are sliding down and looks clean and sparkling let rain. The sun reflection is so nice and I bet Canadian goose and pigeons should change their landing station.

HAD THIS COMPANY INSTALL A METAL ROOF YEARS AGO AND JUST RECENTLY EXPERIENCING A SQUIRREL INFESTATION PROBLEM. SQUIRRELS HAVE BEEN CHEWING ON THE ROOF'S END-CAPS (MADE OF PLIABLE TIN) AND ENTERING MY HOME THRU THE CHEWED ENTRY POINTS AND CAUSING EXTREME DAMAGE IN MY WALLS AND CEILINGS. I REPORTED THE GRAPHIC SQUIRREL PROBLEM TO THE COMPANY AND EMAILED THEM PICTURES OF OF THE DAMAGE. THE COMPANY SAYS OTHER CUSTOMERS OF THEIRS REPORTED RODENT ISSUES WITH THEIR ROOF.
THE UNPROFESSIONAL ANSWER I GOT WAS "IT'S AN ACT OF GOD AND ITS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CHEWED TIN ROOF MATERIALS . MY QUESTION IS HOW IS THIS AN ACT OF GOD WHEN THE MATERIALS USED ON THE ROOF AND IMPROPER INSTALLATION AN ACT OF GOD? THE COMPANY WILL REPAIR THE PROBLEM REPLACING THE FAULTY ENDCAPS AT A COST. ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BACK. STILL WAITING. HORRIBLE. i CALLED HEAD OFFICE IN BC TO COMPLAIN -- JUST AS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO-CALLBACK ON THIS FAULTY MATERIAL/INSTALLATION ISSUE.

Kelly and his installation crew were excellent. Barry (the sales rep) and Tony (installation manager) both were very quick to get back to me and answer my questions.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Interlock to anyone.
I really can't think of anything that could have been improved. They did a very good job. Questions were immediately replied to and everything progressed as communicated.
