Inter Stairs & Railings

Second time we are using him. The first time was okay, he drilled a bunch of holes in the side wall to find a stud for the handrail, so we had to patch those up.
The second job was horrible, he just slapped the stairs on, the whole staircase was supported only by a single 1x4 (not even 2x4) and a few screws that went into the landing.
He ripped walls underneather like a savage instead of cutting the drywall, just ripped with his hands - awful. I spent another day myself to add extra support for the stairs so they don't go crashing down. He doesn't take his garbage away either.

After spending over a month trying to get quotes from other stair companies, I emailed Omar at Inter Stairs. He came out the next day and gave us several options. The location of the stairs was tricky and tight, but they got the job done, and it looks great. No more 10" risers!

We had been working with Inter Stairs and Kitchen Design since we got in the renovation business. Omar was ontime and came prepared with pickets already stained. He worked efficiently and cleanedup when finished. The stair railing looks great. He made suggestions to reduce the cost and they worked well.
