From first contact to completed install, Vlad was great to work with. Very responsive, polite, and honest. It was a pleasure having him in my home for the TV mount install. He also helped out by hiding all my boxes and cables in the closet and setting up my Harmony remote. The process was very quick and the clean-up was flawless. I recommend Vlad to everyone!
