Vlad and Mike were professional from beginning to end. Vlad works with customers to determine ideal setup in the room. They take the time to ensure things are measured properly & are level. Wires are bundled up properly & and any holes drilled are very minimal. They tidy up once they are done their work. They treat your electronics with utmost care. Very reasonable price for the work they did, and would easily recommend them.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Make sure to call & notify customers they will be delayed within a reasonable amount of time. I was expecting them in the morning, but they called around their arrival time saying the project they were doing the previous day had to be finished before coming over to my house. They could have notified me the previous night, as I had to modify my work schedule.
