Vlad is a class act. He was very responsive and took the time to explain various options as well as his recommendations. He was very friendly and professional, and provided excellent service at a competitive price. His team was on time and clearly took pride in their work. We upgraded security cameras, installed additional Ring security items, set up two home theatres as well as a sonos system, among other things.
