Purchase hardware for two areas but only needed installation for one (approx. 115 sq ft). Installation was scheduled and wood delivered. Day before install called to confirmed. They said "Not doing install because not worth their while". Now we must find installer but most companies do not want to do it because we did not buy the product from them. Our project is now in delay.

- Recommend not using this company for any flooring needs unless you have an contractor that can install products.
