Ikea - Etobicoke

I ordered a media unit that had many pieces. The delivery and service was fast and efficient without any damage. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to my friends.

needed wall cabinets for home office. staff at information desk helpful but not always available and line up very long at the stations with staff. Not very easy to understand how to assemble.

This location is too busy to serve you...I wasted half of my weekend there, and it was extremely frustrating. From now on, I'll go to the Burlington one. I haven't had a problem there - yet.

The entire process from purchase to delivery was excellent. The sales staff took time to listen to my request although there was a huge line of peoplea waiting for service.

James was very attentive and though not as knowledgable as I like he always went to find the answer if he did not know. We had to build a home office for 3 employees as my company is growing and the good thing was that James was very tech savvy which was very helpful to plan what furniture would be needed. If this was done on purpose then it is an excellent strategy by management.

I recently renovated my bedroom. I was looking for more storage and the Ikea PAX storage system was exactly what I needed. I was able to configure the storage solution to exactly mach my needs. The Pax storage system is simple to assemble and very cost effective! Awesome!!!

House looks great!! We just moved into our new house and needed some nice looking furniture and lighting - we found exactly what we needed!! Took some time to put things together - but it was well worth it!

When we went to puchase a bed and sofe, getting help around the floor and at the pick up area was a daunting task. The store was very crowded and with that kind of volume, ikea should be able to deploy sufficent staff on the floor. In addition finding parking was a realy hassle. When it come to delivering the stuff, they didn't show much flexibilty.

I had never been to Ikea before but I had heard lots of people saying that it is good value for money.
So I went for a look around as we needed more storage space for all our books, CD's and DVD's.
Over the space of 3 shopping trips we purchased 4 bookcases, which were great value and look really good, a side table which isn't anything special but it fine for what we want it for and a Sofa Bed, which is really comfy and looks nice.
All the items were easy to assemble and remember you get what you paid for.

The furniture is inexpensive, it looks pretty good and if you treat it well, lasts for a very long time. Stick to the more traditional stuff and you can not go wrong.
