From every perspective, my experience with Ideal Sofa, can only be termed as outstanding. First, all of the four items I ordered - banquette, couch, bench seat, mattress - were expertly designed, solidly constructed, and much attention was paid to details including shades of colour, grade of leather, type of cushioning, wood and/or steel accents, even the type of thread used. Second, and even more impressive, is the friendliness and work ethic of the staff, specifically Krystyna, Bahareh, Stan, and Sylvester (Slavko). Right from the onset, it was clear that excellent service and workmanship is important to them as they truly care about their customers' satisfaction. They take pride in every piece they produce. What can I say, when the seller takes as much interest and joy in the product as the buyer who receives it, it just doesn't get any better!
