Ideal sofa was a horrible company to deal with. Krystyna and her team are unreliable and cancelled appointments on my husband and I before actually coming into an appointment. They do not abide by their "honoured" pricing and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone simply due to their lack of customer service and negative attitude.
