very poor customer service!!
you call EARLY in the season to cancel the service after they send out their mailer in Feb/Mar. in the one corner it clearly states if you do not call to cancel you will be automatically enrolled into the current yearly program.
I called then, then called again in April AFTER they showed up, I called AGAIN in May after they showed up YET again. they will ask you for a 2 letter and 3-4 digit # for the cancel ref #. ya I keep that from 3+ months ago!!! then they all play the dumb card, be it Jenna, Loydd, Nick, Desirae or whomever saying to you sorry if you don't have that # then you did not cancel. so this time I DO have it and WILL keep it for proof, but yet they say we must still charge you. Hey Hometurf get your customer service team together to be better customer service representatives !!
Be VERY aware of this company!!! funny when their field techs too say that " yes the customer service part of this business is not good, so here is some extra fertilizer to help make up for it, we do it all the time"
let alone the actual damage they do to your property then tell you to pay for it and they will reimburse you for it. WHAT you damaged it YOU pay for it.
