Hometurf Lawn Care Service

very poor customer service!!
you call EARLY in the season to cancel the service after they send out their mailer in Feb/Mar. in the one corner it clearly states if you do not call to cancel you will be automatically enrolled into the current yearly program.
I called then, then called again in April AFTER they showed up, I called AGAIN in May after they showed up YET again. they will ask you for a 2 letter and 3-4 digit # for the cancel ref #. ya I keep that from 3+ months ago!!! then they all play the dumb card, be it Jenna, Loydd, Nick, Desirae or whomever saying to you sorry if you don't have that # then you did not cancel. so this time I DO have it and WILL keep it for proof, but yet they say we must still charge you. Hey Hometurf get your customer service team together to be better customer service representatives !!
Be VERY aware of this company!!! funny when their field techs too say that " yes the customer service part of this business is not good, so here is some extra fertilizer to help make up for it, we do it all the time"
let alone the actual damage they do to your property then tell you to pay for it and they will reimburse you for it. WHAT you damaged it YOU pay for it.

I’ve been a satisfied Hometurf Lawn Care Customer for 5 years. The service and results are excellent. There are no bad surprises with the billing, you get exactly what you pay for. I really appreciate the courtesy reminder calls before each service. The Techs always leave a report with recommendations or actions required. Thanks to Hometurf, my lawn looks great!

Since they've come the past couple of times I've noticed that the lawn has gotten thicker which is great. Overall I'm happy with the service but they need to take note not to show up while I'm on vacation especially after I told them that I would be away.

I started with Hometurf last year, was very satisfied and continued this year as well. I would surely recommend my friends and family to sign up with them. The prices are reasonable and the service is good!

We have been using Hometurf for at least 3 years now and are very impressed with their service. I called when it had rained continually after one of the applications and they came back to reapply without any complaints. I have referred them to my neighbours. Our lawn looks a lot better now that the responsibility is now theirs!

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. On the day the technician would come to my home to provide the necessary service required for my lawn he would also advise me how to maintain a good lawn.

I am using home turf for 2nd year,prompt in service and response. All application provided on time and door slip message what is applied to lawn on that day.Home turf got rid of the weeds and by reseeding they replaced the weeds with grass - at the end of last season the lawn looked great - green grass and no weeds. My lawn is looking good now.

I have been using hometurf for the last 3 years. Competitive pricing and professional services. My lawn was well maintained and healthy. I was happy with the service and I never had any issues with the service. BUT This year My lawn ONLY had had one service on March 20, usually my lawn had received one treatment on March 20, one on April 20 and one on May 15 but this year the company call me around May 4 to tell me they are supposed to come but they did not show up so I have to call them and they do not know when my lawn would have the service, so I am very disappointed with company.

We were about to replace the whole lawn, when we decided to give a try to Hometurf. This spring is the second time we pay for the service and the lawn looks great!
