Hometurf Lawn Care Service

Not only does Hometurf provide great and reliable lawn care service, but they have a policy of no sales calls to customers. I have used Hometur for 2 years now, and continue to do so for the great service they provide and the fact that they don't call me to try and upsell me. Great lawn and no sales calls = peace of mind

I've been with Hometurf for 2 seasons now and I appreciate how easy, professional and well priced their services are. I would recommend them to any homeowner for lawn care services.

After having spent a whole bunch of money purchasing all kinds of lawncare products at the big box stores, I was still left with a very patchy lawn. I finally got fed up and contacted HomeTurf. Their guys came in and after only one season, my lawn was beautiful and thick. If I had known earlier that they did such a good job, I could have avoided a whole lot of aggravation.

When I booked Hometurf services I made it very clear to them that the only thing I really was concerned about was weed control. It took them 3 calls and the beginning of June before they strayed for weeds for the first time. By then I had the best blooming crop of weeds on the block and I was on my hands and knees removing all the grass that was now coming up in the garden area. When they over-seeded three weeks previously they sprayed grass seed into the gardens. The weed control spraying was probably 5% successful.

I have now called back to request a second spraying which they said they would do in about a week's time. I now find out that their spray is only effective against broadleaf plants. This will not control my over population of clover at all. I asked the receptionist that as the first spraying did nothing to diminish the dandelions, did I have any hope that the second spraying would be any better. Her answer was very, very vague.

I am out $300.00 at this point and so will continue to work with this company this summer but at this point, I feel that they took my money under false pretenses.

HoemTurf has been providing excellent care for my lawn for last two years. This year so far they have provided timely and Excellent Service !! Would definitely recommend their complete program.

We've been renting in Mississauga for a few years and the lawn was never really taken care of prior to, or since we've moved in. We have dogs and noticed this year it was getting worse so I decided to reach out to one of the company's who had left a mailer at my door. My first correspondence was to Hometurf via email and they replied very quickly and I decided to sign up for their deluxe package. Since then they've been coming as promised and the lawn is already starting to look 10x better. They're quick, efficient and I have had zero complaints. I would recommend Hometurf to anyone if they're looking for lawn care services.

On time with seasonal weeds. The weed application is great and effective and really knocks down dandelion and other problem weeds. Fertilizer treatments are great and are throughout the season. Great Recommendations on lawn maintenance/cutting.

I have used Hometurf for several years. Last fall I had called in to get the Early Bird Special, and, to give them my new credit card number. After their first application for this season, I received a letter saying that I over due in my payment. When I called in to see what the problem was, they had no record of me calling and I was told that the manager was too busy to discuss the matter with me. However, they would charge me the "regular" rate, not the Early Bird rate, minus the late charge. Not impressed. To top that off, I had no follow up treatment for two months. I called to find out what was wrong, it seems that I was missed, however, they did get someone out about three days later to catch up with the proper application, followed a week later by the regular treatment.

I have been using this service for many years and very satisfied and staff very friendly. My daughter is now a client on my recommendation. and is also quite pleased with results. We would recommend to anyone seeking good Lawn Care service.

Last year I was disappointed in results but it was my first year with them so I gave them another chance. This year my lawn looks worse than it has ever been. Yet after three phone calls they still can't get my aeration and overseeding done before the heat makes that redundant. Very poor response to my complaint about weeds as well.
