Our snow blower was not working and because Home Hardware was listed as the dealer for repairs on the type and model, we decided to contact them . Our snow blower was picked up at a charge. ( early November) .They inform us that they will take a look and get back to us within a week. Well, 2 weeks went by and still no call back. We called several times and was told they were busy and will get back to us. Needless to say , no one called back. Finally received a call back and was told the snow blower was fixed will be returned the next day. Well , snow is here and tried to use the blower.....surprised problem still existed - was not fixed even though we were told it was.
Reported the problem to Home Hardware and was told they will call us to arrange a pick up...so far NO call back. Also, they said we would have to pay again for the pick up and drop off. Something we did before and problem was not fixed. I can imagine how many times they do this and try to charge for this. They just want to eat up your money without dong the work. Still waiting....
Definitely poor and useless set of workers there. Customer service a zero rating and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
