The sales staff in the hand tools department answered all my questions and assisted me in arriving at my decision to purchase my drill and impact driver. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

i have done many projects, helpful and friendly staff has guided me in all of them, material i needed to do granite tiles, type of stain,and protection and any paint match that i may required,and any questions that i may have on gardening, wheather it about soil, or fertilizer.

Brought in paints that we had used previously to be matched and get recommendations for improving some items. The young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and we left very happy.

Purchased this brand and installed on my own. I was not satisfied and returned them after about one year. They had a life time wrranty and home depot had no problem taking them back.

It was as if I woke up one day and realised my deck was going downhill. It looked beat up and for lack of better words 'blah'. I knew it needed something but wasn't too sure what...so I begun my journey to HOME DEPOT. The staff were pleasant and very knowledgeable, and might I add extremely patient with me. I knew nothing about staining wood or buying stain, and some how I came out of HOME DEPOT feeling empowered with both stain, power washer and brushes in tow. I have now redone my deck and receive numerous compliments-all due to a little HOME called DEPOT.

When I had placed an order only half my material was delivered on time! The other half apparently was not in stock. This was the first time anyone had mentioned it wasn't in stock! I had to do to another Home depot myself to pick up the rest of my material!

Do not show up to do work, did not apologize, after not showing up we called, they rescheduled for 4 weeks later in January (we had already waited from August) finally they called and asked if we would like to cancel our order!!! We did get our deposit back.
