People looking to buy major appliances should read this. If I could give a zero star I would have done so. This place has the worst customer service. None of the staff on the floor knows about how to help out their customers and all they care about it making more sales.
We bought a stove in october 2018. Turns out our contractor for our kitchen gave the wrong measurement so the stove was too large to fit the space we have. We went back to the store and asked if they could help us. The sales person reassured us we could return the one we purchased and pick another one with right dimension. Feels reassured and was given a phone number for their head office to schedule a pickup for return, we went ahead and purchased a smaller stove.
When we went home and called their head office about return,and thinking it was just as simple as picking a time and date, spoked to a guy named Andrew, we were put on hold for nearly an hour and eventually told us unfortunately they cannot take it back because it's past 48 hours.
When I told him the store staff told us it was returnable knowing it's past 48 hours, he said there was nothing he could do was extremely rude about it too.
So now we are stuck with 1 extra stove with no use for it. Keep in mind we were willing to pay their restocking fee. I advise everyone to avoid this place like a plague.
