I live 3 mins from this Home Depot. So I shop here a lot, but I have to say the Customer Service is terrible, staff needs some training on customer service etiquette, they are very rude. Recently I had some experience with the manager, I did not get her name, I was there to do a return, she was practically yelling at me, I asked her why are u yelling, I'm just asking you a question. Today the cashier asked me to step back, I guess due to social distancing, I was trying to help her sort my cart. Omg she was extremely rude. I said to her sorry I wasnt thinking, just trying to help, can she speak nicer. A lot of people are losing jobs and businesses are closing down due to Covid 19. So I would think those who are lucky to be employed should be Welcoming and Thanking their customers for making a purchase. Obviously the Management at this Home Depot does not care.
