This store just amazes and fascinates me every single time I go... excellent support staff, awesome customer service and returns, tons of variety ... everything is just superb...and has never let us down.

Went to your store November 28 to pick up supplies for our bathroom redo, we arrived at the store about 230 and attempted to get help in the plumbing department. i saw 2 customer service reps and attempted to call them but both attempts were ignored. Glen then went to find someone but after 35 minutes he finally spoke to a rep who stated he was duty and other rep for plumbing was on break. Finally waiting another 20 minutes the rep came back only to give glen the wrong information and tell glen to look for his own product. Glen glen went to the paint department ask to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting. We the proceeded to check out and explained our situation she was very polite and attempted to call for a manager twice and was told they were in meeting all day. The next day glen went back to your store and spoke with a manager Ed. Apparently he was going to call the regional manager and would get back to glen with a email. Once again we have not heard back from Manager (ED) or anybody else. We have a home depot card and have purchased everything from bolts to appliance over the years. At this point we are very very disappointed with your level of customer service and your store. joseph glen lance

We purchased our home appliance from Home Depotm Argentia location. Patrick in the appliance department was extremely patient, honest and helpful. He made great recommendations, helped us price match, and gave us his honest opinion. We're happy with our LG appliance. We purchased washer, dryer, stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Thanks again Patrick.

We placed an order for windows and doors with Home Depot in October and were assured installation would be done before Christmas - 6-8 wks. for the patio door & windows 8-10 weeks for the front door. Once the order was placed, radio silence until they called to book an installation date for Dec 19th for the windows ( 9 weeks since ordering ) and Jan 23rd (14 weeks!!) for the front door. When they turned up they had windows but no patio doors. The woman in the installation office was VERY unhelpful and would not do anything to resolve the situation, basically said its tough. The fitter made some calls and got it sorted and the door was fixed the next day no thanks to the installation office. Some window trim had to be especially made and I'm still waiting. Either the sales people make unrealistic promises about installation times to get the order or HD are completely incompetent at processing a $23,000 order! This was only part of the house - now we have the problem of who to use to replace the remaining 20 odd windows as I will NEVER use Home Depot again. Thanks for nothing (sorry a ton of stress) Home Depot and by the way your customer service is non existent.

The selection and quality was unremarkable. The supplies were low, and when asked if I could get the light sent to that location, the response was negative. When I asked whether they could find out other locations that still had sufficient stock, they suggested that I call other locations. Another negative was the check-out areas that didn't have sufficient personnel to deal with the number of clients awaiting service. It would have been helpful if more informed staff could be found instead of the customer going from aisle to aisle trying to find assistance.

The installation contractor did an excellent job installing our cabinets and appliances. He was very efficient and ensured that everything was in working order before he left and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the installation

We went to try their new paint and the paint person was very knowledgeable and we were very happy with the product. We went back the next day to purchase the trim paint the next day as we were so pleased.

We purchased our tiles. The service was amazing. I loved the colour and the style. They helped us find the right kind of tile for our home. We also purchased our adhesive, grout, plumbing supplies, tools and everything else for the job there.

went out of there way to get all my product. even all the hard to find things that go with the floor. above and beyond .thanks you where a great help

the materials were good and the sales representative was very helpful and informative in choosing the right materials for our flooring project. we installed our own floors and they thought us the tools we need and gave us instructions on how to do it by ourselves. we were satisfied with the cost of the rentals too
