Home Depot - Surrey

I wanted a rug and had been everywhere looked at everything! I kept coming back to this one at home depot after purchasng it, some time went by and i decided i wanted the matching one for the living room. Well it was discontinued and i was devasted. The nice lady in the dept took my name and number and said she'll get back to me if anything turns up. Well of course i left thinking oh well i'll have to find something else. Well like a month later i get this call from the nice lady and she had hunted down one the rug for me. Go home depot Go! Thank you so much

We have a few windows in the kitchen but could not decide on how to buy the right size of blinds. The sales clerk was very helpful to show us how he can cut to custom sizes.

3 years ago we contracted Home Depot to paint the exterior of our family home. Or should I say, we went through Home Depot to secure a contractor to paint the exterior of the home. After the first winter, it was evident that the painting was inferior and by the next spring the painting began to peel extensively. I desperately looked through my records for the contractors business card, but I was unable to find who painted our house. I then proceeded to Home Depot customer service, to review the order we placed the year prior. We purchased the service using our Home Depot credit card, and took advantage of their delayed payment plan. I was very surprised that Customer service, had no record of the work order, nor could they tell me who the contractor was that painted my house. 3 years later, the painting on our house is worse than when we first hired the service. Needless to say, I can't recommend Home Depot, for the fact that they distance themselves from their subcontractors. Just my experience.

i had a bunch of questions, as to how to find the best new and most appropriate lighting for my dining room..the friendly staff helped me all the way through, much appreciated.

Time Installations given by Ram. Probably most knowledgeable, great guidance for materials & processes to go through. 5 star instructor.
Basement Workshops - attended Saturday series of marathon workshops. Excellent instruction. Again they tailored the sessions to my needs and to others. Feel more confident to tackle jobs.

We are currently looking to do our steps in porcelain tiles. We have since found out the extra care we need to take for this project.
We are confident that what we learnt from Home Depot's seminar will definitely be an asset especially since this our first tiling project ever!

We had a problem with a cat peeing on carpet and this man listened to us very carefully and recommended a stick on vinyl flooring that looks like laminate but is totally waterproof. Amazing guy and product!

We openend the contractor account to get discounts on purchases on Home Depot account. Once opened and went there to purchase lumber the next day, it took over 30 min. for them to locate the acct. with head office, looking for local manager to help while we were anxious to get back to the project. However, still they did not find the acct. & the cleks went around and gave up on helping. They did not provide good customer services at all and we ended up using visa cards to buy products just to get out of the store. No apologies or any forms of customers services were offered.

I walked into the store and everything was very organized. I saw the light fixture right there at a good price and everyone was really friendly.

When I walked into the Home Depot, the people were not very friendly and did not give you personable service. It is a good store but the service has deteriorated in the past couple of years. I would go back because of good selection and return policy.
