Spoke to San back in May. He showed us sample doors and his facility. We asked numerous questions about the product and installation, which he answered eagerly. We chose the wood grain fiberglass doors. We then made an appointment for him to measure the doorway. He was given a deposit and said the doors should be ready in 6-8 weeks, and they were. Installers showed up on time and were done in about 3 hours without any glitches. We had spoken to other door companies and Home Decor just seemed like a good fit for us. All questions directed to San or Sue in the office were handled without issues. One final note: The doors look terrific. It's like we added new furniture to our front hall. We highly recommend them for exterior door replacement .
