Stephen came on time, gave the job at hand the time and focus I felt it needed; provided 'work-around' suggestions and things he knew we could do ourselves to help us save cost.
Impressed too with the office support (aka Tracey and another gal). They promptly replied to my Homestars email and succeeding communications.
