We own a rental home and our tenants reported a flood in their basement at 8:30pm. I called Hoerner Heating & Plumbing and a representitive called me back almost immediately to let me know she was available to come in 15-30 minutes. This was a huge relief as we were having trouble finding someone to come after hours.
The plumber who came was knowledgeable and kind (I was in a bit of a panic). She cleared the drain blockage and alerted me to an issue with the city portion of our sewage pipe. The city has confirmed that the pipe is likely cracked and the city will need to replace it. This would have caused us a lot of trouble in the future, so we are very greateful that the technitian took the time to double check the pipe was ok once the blockage was clear and advised us to have the city check their equipment. We will definately be calling Hoerner Heating & Plumbing the next time we have any plumbing issues (though, hopefully, that won't be for a while).
