Complete drain replacement in basement
Very glad I hired Hoerner for this job, especially with having Nick Gray as Project Lead. Daily, before work started, Hoerner sent emails showing the plumbers who would be coming to my house that day, with a photo and short bio.
Nick answered my questions directly and without delay, provided good suggestions and solutions (as needed), and continually kept me appraised of the work status before, during and after completion. Nick performs high quality work, has a strong work ethic, good people skills, and a very high level of knowledge and experience.
Nick is well respected by the supporting team to whom he provided good guidance and oversight. The team (Cole/Lance/Lorenzo) was hard working, respectful of my home and performed good work commensurate with their experience levels.
