More expensive to do same job than other company/plumber, sales guy didn’t fully disclose all the possible costs and blame customer for not asking, even they was asked what other costs we may expect. Did not proceed with full diagnostic procedure and communicate with customer before taking actions after hours of works without success. Owner/boss said would call back but never did.
