Hillcrest serviced our Armstrong Furnace (about 12 years old) in our recently purchased home. At the completion, no message from service agent regards any concerns or issues, next service etc. Went to check the furnace after service agent left, and noticed that the filter was not present - not mentioned by agent. Called Hillcrest, and they were less than helpful. Will not use them again.

We are sorry to hear about this Peter. Not sure if you are aware but there are 2 different Hillcrest Plumbing companies. Do you know if you used the ones with the white trucks or yellow trucks?
