An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi-Lite Electric came to our rescue when we called them. We were delighted to meet Luciano & Matthew...whom after calling us and arriving on time were courteous, efficient and very gracious. They fixed our wiring problem in short order explaining what was wrong. They checked our electrical outlet box to assure us all was well. They inspected an outlet in our en-suite and advised us that it was not GFI protected and also gave us some protective advice regarding our smoke detector.
I consider myself a person of high standards and expect quality work and professionalism. The electricians, Luciano and Matthew, exceeded my expectations. We would gladly recommend them and we look forward to working with them in the future.
