Heating Plus Heating & Air Conditioning

Heating Plus replaced both my pressure relief valve and exhaust flue venting on my boiler and the service people were punctual and efficient. The pricing was fair and Lucy was great in scheduling my appointments and returning my calls. Recommended!

paul and his crew came in and installed a goodman high eff. 2-stage convertible furnace. they were in in out in under 2 hours. paul's knowledge about the different furnaces that i was interested in made it an easy decision for me in the end. with goodman's 10 year parts warrenty and heating plus' 10 year labor warrenty that they give can't be beat!!! throw in the price, the politeness of paul and his crew, made it a very pleasent experience for me and my family. i highly recomend them to anyone that are interested with anything that has to do with heating and air conditioning.

I signed a contract to have a furnace installed with Paul & Co. I gave them a deposit, there was a clear contractual obligation. To make a long story short they did not deliver. They delayed the installation for a month saying they were to busy. So I waited based on Paul (the owner) promising he could complete the install on Nov. 3, 2007. Guess what he called in sick. Sorry he made his wife Lucy do the dirter work. He made yet another excuse as to why he could not complete the install on that day. I waited 5 weeks for them to render services they agreed to render and in the end they refused to complete the install. Paul to this date has refused to return our calls. At this point I will never consider having Heating Plus complete any work on my home. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They truly do not care about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Heating Plus cancelled the Nov. 3/07 installation date and said they could not do the installation for another 2-3 weeks. They NEVER gave me the option of having a sub-contractor complete it within a few days. At that point I could not trust that they would complete the installation at all… at that point I do not believe they had any intention of completing the install. Though the price was good, the reality is price means nothing unless the services are rendered. None the less I have found comparable prices, however I can not bring myself to purchase a Goodman because so many other contractors have given me such poor reviews. However this was a furnace that Heating Plus said was one of the best on the market. So, frankly I have no confidence in Goodman or the information Heating Plus gave me. It is sad that Paul could not return my calls but will comment through this online forum. At this point I wish you good luck; however I could never give you any of my business or any referrals.

When I was looking for a Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor for my New Furnace Installation ,I found "Heating Plus" through a friend of mine. I appreciate the way that they estimated the cost for the installation and the Capacity of the furnace according to the structure of the house. As disscussed , they arrived on time and did a very good job for me .

In addition ,they educate the customers about safety precations and safe and smooth operatins of the Heating and cooling units.

I can recommand them to anyone who are looking for their good service .

Paul accepted a late evening request to look at a furnace that was 1. very noisy when it was on, and 2. often didn't turn on when it was supposed to. He was polite and appreciative of my business, and patiently explained the problem, how the problem arose, and what the remedy was. He also did not rush, and patiently made sure he tested everything before he left. Don't look elsewhere - Heating Plus deserves your business!

As promised from an earlier appointment, Serge replaced the furnace motor for a great price, tested it... and then proceeded to replace my thermostat with a programmable one. Friendly service!

In response to a previous negative post - yes, these guys are very very good, and thus are sometimes quite difficult to schedule an appointment with. The administrator and I went back and forth a few times before we could find a time for the appointment. They really do try their best to accommodate, but that's what happens when they're that good, and make that sacrifice rather than do quick shoddy work.

My furnace was getting old and I needed to get it replaced. I looked into may companies but was not getting any dates soon. I called heating plus and they sent over a representative the next day. I was so surprised because he came over with this software for heat loss and fitted my house with the perfect furnace based on the condition in my house. The customer service and quality was great. I was very happy with the service i recieved.

I was referred to Paul by one of my friend. I am very glad I retained Paul to clear my electrical air filter. He did a wonderful job. He is nice guy with great servcies and great prices. Thanks Paul, keep it up.

Last Sunday, I got the winter tune-up service from Heating Plus. The technician, Paul, gave me a nice service with a really good explanation about my energy saving and the quality of the air supplying to my home. Paul did really nice job for me and I recommend him to you if you need the QUALITY service.

When I decided to make some changes in my house my friend recommended Paul and I found him very proffetional and ontime he helped me to make a resonable decision and now I am a winner.I will recommend Paul to my friends.
