No support - furnace less than a year old

We're having problems with our less then 1 year old Goodman furnace purchased from and installed by Heating Plus. The owners, Paul Walters and Lucy Walters are nowhere to be found. The website is also down. They won't even return calls. They have ALWAYS been difficult to reach, taking for ever (if ever as in this case) to return the calls.
Poor business ethics.
Does anyone know what happened to them or how to reach them?

- Provide basic some customer service as in "return phone calls".
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
