We were extremely impressed with the professional manner in which our issue was handled from the initial call about the problem and how quickly a service appt was scheduled. The contractor identified the issue with the handheld remote and had the fireplace working again promptly at no charge. Well Done!!

I would definitely work with Hearthland again in the future and would be happy to refer my friends and family to Hearthland. We worked with the designer and project manager who was very helpful in our design process and ultimately helped us design our dream kitchen. Anna and Nicole were both extremely helpful during the up’s and down’s of the demo and reno. Anna had great ideas and designs and was always available to answer our questions. Great job by Hearthland designer Anna to design floating shelving unit beside my fireplace and custom cabinets for my walk in closet. Installers where very professional and used drop clothes everywhere they worked to keep things clean. Final product was amazing. Very happy with design and product quality. Thanks

Anna, the teams designer, responded to all our questions quickly and with an impressive knowledge of design, style, and functionality . She also hired and coordinated the services of electrical, plumbing and counter-top contractors to fit smoothly into our scheduled. Anna was generous in sharing her design knowledge and making sure we were happy with the smallest details.

I am beyond thrilled with our new kitchen! We moved into an old house and were not planning on re-doing the kitchen, but when we started ripping up the floors we realized that we needed to do a full gut. I quickly called around for kitchen quotes, all were way over our budget with no wiggle room until I reached Anna at Hearthland. She came right over to measure and was able to work with us to stay in our budget while still giving us a beautiful kitchen.
She consulted with us throughout the process to make sure that the space was functional for our family, and as we have young kids and were without a kitchen, they put a rush on our order so we had it in under 3 weeks which I think is almost unheard of!

We really couldn't be happier. The customer service throughout the consultations, the quality, the installation.. everything has been wonderful and our kitchen is stunning. We are using Hearthland again for our gas fireplace and mantle and can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I are very pleased with the remodel of our new kitchen cabinetry completed by Hearthland. We are very pleased with the quality of cabinets and workmanship. The overall major work done on time but required many follow-ups to get completed. Communications poor regarding type of fireplace and related blower. Not clear on how much heat would be thrown from blower - disappointed.

This was a complete renovation, some areas of the work were done well and other parts not as well as expected.

Good in the overall quality of the millwork & the workers were very polite.

Other parts could be improved as there were some parts that were not done to full satisfaction - did not follow client's initial requirements. Communications could also be improved as to the timing of the work scheduled to move the overall project to run efficiently and expedite client's inconvenience.
