Harvest Spa

While "Harvest" has lovely stock and a very helpful sales lady, beware of their return policy. More importantly, beware of the gentleman owner, who was arrogant and rude to me when I politely approached him regarding exchanging or returning some bathroom fixtures. Attempting to return merchandise is not a personal attack and doesn't warrant a belittling attack on a customer. If you're looking for similar merchandise, with amazing customer service, try Pure Home Couture on Locke Street in Hamilton - it's a gorgeous store with helpful staff ( and great sales)!

This store did not only have great home accessory products that you would not find anywhere else but it had awesome staff. The staff there were just so friendly and genuinely interested in helping you. I would recommend anyone to go into this store even if just to browse!
