We had to have the septic bed of our 30yr. old house replaced (inspections weren't as good back then.) Of all the local contractors we contacted, he was the only one whose first words were, "we'll need to get a permit". He was ready to start before his estimate. He had the job done on time and within the quote. He also spent extra time doing extras - like a giant stump removal, without having to be asked.
