Our project started out fairly well but ended badly. Tom and his father were helpful in the design and installation of our cabinets and countertops. However, after the original installation, there were several items outstanding and some aspects of the work that required fixing. Even though we were going to pay him for the followup work, Tom was simply not available to come and finish the job. He repeatedly promised that he had ordered the materials and would make time to come, but he just kept breaking his promise. This has gone on for well over a year and we are finally calling it quits and looking for someone else to come and finish the project. Very disappointed and would not recommend for these reasons.
