Yes he is lower than most but his job is shoddy. Half my roof didnt even last 5 years. Does a good job on the half you can see and the other half shingles fell off in 5 years. Had to get my whole roof replaced. Worst customer service too. Owner is rude.

Horrible work! Shingles began to falls off the roof a month later. When my dad called them, they basically told him he had to pay them to fix it. They charged him $100. They were rude and didn’t honor their warranty! We recently had another roofer check the the roof and he basically confirmed what we suspected all along! If I see their business signs on people’s lawns, I will definitely remove them!

Had the roof done 2 years ago. A week ago shingles started to slide off the roof. The nails were obviously not installed correctly not to mention he didn't install paper under the shingles. Called him 5 days in a row. Wouldn't return my call. Went to his front door multiple times and he wouldn't answer.. other neighbors have now been telling me their horror stories of Grilo roofing. He is a 5 minute walk from my house... if he treats a neighbor like this.. Imagine what he will do for you..

If you are looking to have your roof re-shingled these are they people to call. They are close to half price of mosts roofing companies. They are polite, pleasant, and they do an excellent job. Sometimes it takes a couple days for 'Grilo' to call back, but he is worth the wait.
