I paid an expensive price to them for my lawn in summer. And there are a lot of additional charges for works other than just cut grass. The I paid for the whole season snow plowing but noticed them in March to stop the lawn service for next year. Then ice storm came in April and I found my snow plowing service has already been terminated.

This company comes to our house once/week to cut the grass and provide some basic care for our yard. They generally do a good job but I am unhappy with the length of time it takes to get my phone calls returned if I have any inquires. Often it takes over a week to hear back from anyone. Once I speak to someone they have been very helpful, but I wish some of the information had been shared before hand. ie; one week no one came to cut our lawn and it was later explained (once I could get in touch with someone) that since that month has and extra week for our cutting day, then they take one week off, rather than charge us more.

Serge was supposed to do a spring cleaning. He came recommended by a friend to clear up the winter scruff in my garden. It took him a long time to come and do the clean up. He did the work and it looked fine afterwards, but I got a bill for double what he had quoted me at, and I was never told that some of the clean up was above and beyond the original quote. (Had I known that answering yes to the question, "Maam, would you like me to cut this tree a little more?" would cost me 50 bucks, I would have said no. Wish he'd been more upfront about the extra costs.)
