Her plan was good but the execution was horrible. The entire thing is falling apart. When I say everything I mean everything. The stairs the upper level. Its pitiful. She also did someone else in our neighbourhood and theirs is falling apart as well. I did call her once to complain about the trees leaning and she was so incredibly rude. It was pointless calling her for anything else because she is just not going to help. She is on to the next job not caring about the mess she leaves behind. Dont use this company you will definitely regret it.

My experience of this company is that they are unprofessional and administratively inept. the actual work may be acceptable but Livia is hard to work with. i.e. arriving to meetings late, without drawings, asking me to photograph my yard and mail her photos while she is in my yard because she forgot her camera, calling 2 hrs. before installation to say they couldn't locate matching stone and the piece de resistance, making accusations of nonpayment and disrespectful attitude.
