We are in the middle of our move. While the on-site movers were on-time, professional and courteous, we have been less than satisfied with the administrative folks responsible for booking the move. James in particular has been unresponsive to follow-up inquiries with regard to the move-in date (wouldn't respond to phone calls or e-mails until we started calling higher-ups - then we'd get a quick and much more polite response)

So - in short - we were satisfied with the actual movers, but we will wait to see if we would recommend this company to anyone based on the poor customer service from the administrative staff.

We are in the middle of our move. While the on-site movers were on-time, professional and courteous, we are extremely dissatisfied with the administrative folks responsible for booking the move. They (James in particular) have been unresponsive to follow-up inquiries with regard to the move and move-in date (wouldn't respond to phone calls or e-mails until we started calling higher-ups - then we'd get a quick response). They also changed our move date at the last minute despite our consulting with them to find a date that would work best for them, and despite our giving them a full month's written notice of that we were going with the move-in date they said would work best for them. That's left us potentially on the hook for paying extra move-in costs in our condo (strata move-in fee) and hotel costs. When we sought to resolve the matter, the response back was rude - we were told to deal with it or pay extra for them to hire someone to move in our stuff.

So - in short - we were satisfied with the actual movers, but would not recommend this company to anyone based on the poor customer service from the administrative staff.
