I've never purchased a house before and didn't know much about them.
100 year old townhouse in downtown Toronto.
The second floor of my home was compromised. Holes were cut in more than 11 joists on the second floor of the home to place heating Ducts and plumbing by one of the prior owners.
I've spent approximately $60,000 to repair the home, $40,000 in upgrades and renovations, and $40,000+ in legals to attempt to recover my money.
