The staff at Gracia were impeccable. Very knowledgeable and courteous. They were a real help in choosing fixtures for our bathroom. We bought a toilet, vanity, shower faucet and lavatory faucet from Gracia. Pick up was easy and they stood by their product. The price was very competitive considering we bought high end items.

Do not use this company - We bought a glass shower with base and thought that we had made an amazing deal. Well...it wasn't. They shipped the base so that our plumber could install it. They said we could pick up a drain from Home Depot and we found out we couldn't because the hole for the drain was an abnormal size. Their advice to us at the sales office was to cut the brand new base. That didn't make sense so I spoke to two more plumbers who agreed. Finally they put me in touch with one of their contractors (after at least 10 calls) and he asked if we had the drain. What drain? I responded. The one in the package, he said. They had sent us an incomplete base but didn't know it. Then we proceeded forward with installing the base. It looked great but was a little difficult in getting in. Drywalled and tiled. Now the glass story. It didn't fit. The directions were cryptic and when the installer came he said it wouldn't fit. We called Gracia for some insight. They had none because they had never installed this unit completely in their showroom. We asked how can you sell something without ever have installed properly. We finally agreed to throw in the towel and return all the glass and hardware. At least they agreed to that. The next day they called to say they wouldn't take it and that was it. Well that was it. We now have to get a custom shower stall and thanks to Gracia we are out probably about a thousand bucks. Thank You.
