The staff member I spoke to on the phone was personable and helpful. He answered all my questions and asked a few smart questions as well to get a better idea of what I wanted.
The store was reasonably large and well lit. The used appliances looked great: any of them would not have looked out of place in Sears. It's obvious the machines were carefully chosen and maintained.
The staff member in the store was friendly and happy to answer questions. He also waited patiently and quietly while I considered my options.
The delivery people were just a few minutes late. They were really quick at moving the old washer/dry out, moving the new one in and getting it all hooked up. The old washer was full of water when it broke and the delivery people handled that without complaint and without spilling any water anywhere.
Although I haven't had much experience in buying used home appliances, at least my experience with Gold's was all positive.
