When a call comes in, I put the phone number into the calendar and it usually brings up past customer history so I already have the customer's name, address, phone number as well as the make and model of the gas appliance. Our service technicians call with an ETA and arrive prepared. Fortunately, your unit required no parts as Dwayne only had to repair the piezo wiring and thoroughly clean the unit.
