One of things that separates Gas Fix from other contractors is that we carry over 300+ parts on the service vehicles for both pool heaters and gas fireplaces. When parts are required to complete a repair, we have them on the vehicle over 97% of the time. In this case, we had all the components of the pilot assembly on our vehicle so we could complete the repair that same day. Unfortunately, most other contractors don't have the parts on their vehicle or will tell you it's no longer available so they can sell you a $5000 fireplace. We're not that contractor.
