Punctual! Mr Charles Wiseman was our fitter and showed up earlier than expected after a courteous advance phone call. Asked about what was needed and capped off the line we needed and disconnected the line at the fireplace at no extra charge to make it easier for me to remove. . He was thorough, professional and knew his trade.
