I own my own Service business so time is very important to me as is professionalism. I knew what I wanted, I saw Jonathon's ad and I contacted him, we came to an agreement on the price, a date of installation and the scope of work to be done. Jonathon confirmed with me the day before installation was to begin, he arrived as promised at exactly 8:30 and began his work. He took the time to level, measure and centre eveything as nothing in my house is straight, except for my new Red Line garage cabinets. I could not be happier and I am very fussy, and I am completely satisfied!

We had JDF Renovations quote us on a main bathroom expansion and renovation. Jon's quote was very competitive with others we received.
He was very honest with what he could or couldn't do and that was one of the deciding factors. He was very meticulous in his work and that showed in the finished detail. Jon started the job on the date he said he would and completed it in the timeframe that he quoted us.
We were very happy with the job and have discussed other renovations with him.

Jon's work is precise and accurate. He is a tidy worker and leaves the work area clean at the end of each day. He is willing to make changes and is ready to give helpful advice about design. We found Jon to be a professional about his work and do not hesitate to recommend him highly.

Jon has done two projects for our family. First was a complete basement job as a sub-contractor thru Owen Corning. Second was a Garage Organizor system.

Jon worked with our plans and created a basement that we enjoy tremendiously. He made suggestions as the worked progressed which resulted in minor chages which we are very happy with. He was a great sounding board for ideas and advise/suggestion. Both projects were completed ontime and on budget, no surprises.

We were on a very tight timeframe with the basement, Jon worked diligently and alot of extra hours to meet the timeframe that was agreed to for completetion.

Jon proved to be professional, very reliable, dedicated, detailed orientated and easy to communicate with. This resulted in great work and a very happy customer..

I would highly recomend Jon for any projects you may be consideing, he is a trade professional that takes pride in his work and a great individual to work with.

We decided to have the basement walls finished with the Owens-Corning Basement Finishing System and the sub-contractor was Jonathan Faria of JDF Renovation & Organization Inc.

The work was done precisely to the cost that Owens-Corning had determined. There were no additional costs associated with the work.

He described everything that was to be done very clearly and concisely. Any written communication was very understandable.

He arrived on the job site when he said he would be here and if he was going to be late, he let us know. Trusted him with a key so we would not have to be at the house all the time, key returned immediately after job finished.

He described everything that was to be installed, including the framing for the product, crown moulding and baseboard. I did the additional electrical and he described how he needed the boxes installed and clearly marked the studs that could not be used for box placement.

When the product was installed, he gave instructions and a demonstration on how to remove the panels and how to clean them. After the walk through we noticed that some of the corner detail was not properly set and Jon came back and re-set them.

Jon also gave us some suggestions on planning how to finish the rest of the basement, including to draw out a design with furniture placement to make sure that what you have thought about will work.

I have the smallest one car garage in the universe. The problem is that I needed to fit my car, two bikes, sports equipment and my kayak in this tiny one car garage.

Enter Jon Faria. In little over a day, he rigged a Harken Hoist to the roof of my garage to store the kayak and laid slot (or slat) wall on two walls of the garage. Presto! I was able to fit all my stuff into my garage no sweat. Next challenge. . . let's see if we can fit a mini-van in here. . . (Just joking Jon)

Jon is a hard worker, he is meticulous, honest and his quote matched up with the final cost of the project. I would most certainly recommend him for any garage project you have in mind.

It's a pleasure to deal with a company that puts it in writing and delivers on time and on budget. All of the trades were courteous and the work site was kept clean and neat at the end of each day. Johnathon Faria is very conscientious, polite and professional. Did formal quotation - very prompt, came out same day as request was made. Jonathan Faria sent me a quote and included a well thought out diagram of his recommendations for my garage as well as pictures of all of the products that he would be using. From first contact to final delivery I found Jonathan faria at Garage Evolution Inc. to be very professional and thorough. My initial design was reworked by Jonathan and the final outcome was excellent.
