G Star Furniture Refinishing Ltd

Dino took my table and a large deposit of money with promises to refinish it. He is now is nowhere to be found. Dozens of attempts at reaching him by phone have not worked. He's answered his phone twice over 6 months of my calling. I went to the business address myself to deal with him and there building is occupied by other companies - they are not even there! Does anyone else have contact info / location / or even a last name of the ppl who run this company? Any information would be helpful.

Work was not completed to total satisfaction and took much longer than promised. Wood still had a small crack in it and the colour was off. G-Star promised to correct this, but disappeared as soon as payment was made. Numerous attempts to reach this company by phone and mail were ignored. I have no choice but to give up, but am not happy about this.

I am lowering my original rating from 2 to 1 out of sheer frustration with this company's phony promise to correct their work when this original review came out. I believe that Sergio is capable of doing good work, but just doesn't seem to care. Maybe he just works hard for some customers and not others...who knows? Lesson learned: Thanks to this experience, I now have a fear of trusting small businesses. Sad but true.

OUTSTANDING WORK, VERY PROFESSIONAL. VERY RESPONSIVE AND EVERY CALL WAS EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY'D DO, IN BUDGET AND ONTIME! THIS SET WAS IN VERY ROUGH SHAPE AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS.

I hired this company to repair an antique piece of furniture. There were numerous delays and they never completed the work. After several failed attempts to contact them I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but the company never responded. I would not recommend this company to anyone
