Future Paving

Mimmo came out, measured the parking space, came back with a proposal and presentation. We later met and discussed the job in our board room and awarded him the contract. All board members were thrilled with the outcome of the work, Mimmo and Future Paving did exactly what they said they would do. Overall I think what impressed us the most was the presence of Mimmo during the job, over looking and managing the work from start to finish.

My wife and I contacted Future Paving for some concrete work because we weren’t able to reach our previous contractor. Mimmo met with us, was friendly, professional and really knew his stuff. I’ve used Future Paving on a couple of jobs. One was for asphalt work and striping and the other for concrete work only. Mimmo and his crew did an outstanding job in every aspect. This company is currently working on our street. There was a mis- understanding at the time of our contract negotiations, however, they came through and we were able to agree.

Future Paving was working on several neighbour's driveways, so I approached one of the many staff that were on the job. They quickly provided a quote and said they can have our driveway repaved within the day. While I have not asked for a quote from other companies, in speaking with others who have, it seems that the price was quite reasonable. Within 15 minutes or so, the crew started work on my driveway and I was off to work. Came back at the end of the day to a beautiful repaved driveway. A member of staff came to pick up the money the following day and was very pleasant to deal with. It has been a couple of weeks and no issues so far.
